Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide. Please visit our shipping page for more information on worldwide shipping.

What is your average turnaround time?

Our turn around time for orders is around 2-4 weeks. This depends on the design and the amount of orders ahead of yours etc. If there are any further delay you will be notified by us via the contact information provided. If you are looking to place a bulk order with us please get in touch with us via email or social media.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna payments. 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details.

How should I clean my customs?

Trainer cleaning products are suitable however do take extra care with them due to the shoes being hand painted. We would not suggest the use of a washing machine, as this can effect the durability of the paint. 

Is the paint durable?

Yes! The paint is crack, water resistant and 100% wearable, however damage can be caused through misuse just like any other shoe.

If I order the wrong size, can I get a refund or exchange?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as all of our customs are made to order so please be sure of your size before placing an order. If of course we send out the wrong size out by mistake we can refund or exchange.
